DeliverProof is a mobile-first delivery proof app built for Indian shopkeepers. It lets a shop dispatch an order with a photo, hand it to a delivery boy, and give the customer a verifiable record of what was sent and what was delivered.
What we do
- Capture a dispatch photo at the shop and a delivery photo at the customer's door.
- Notify customers on WhatsApp when their order is dispatched and delivered.
- Give every order a private tracking page with its timeline and proof photos.
- Track payment status — prepaid, cash, UPI or pending — and let the shopkeeper confirm receipt.
- Manage delivery staff with join codes, and keep each shop's data separate from every other shop.
Why we built it
Disputes about "the item never arrived" or "this is not what I ordered" cost small shops money and goodwill. A timestamped photo taken at dispatch and at delivery settles most of them in seconds. DeliverProof makes that habit take one tap instead of a WhatsApp scramble.
How the service is delivered
DeliverProof is a web app that runs in the mobile browser — no install needed. WhatsApp notifications are sent through licensed messaging providers and are metered as message credits, which shopkeepers purchase in monthly or annual packs. The app itself keeps working even when a shop's message credits run out; only outbound WhatsApp messages pause until it recharges.
